| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the transformation of the mining focus from the central and eastern regions to the development of the western region is a major feature of China’s mining of mineral resources.The in-depth discussion of the mining of high-inclination coal seams will always be an important direction for the exploitation of coal resources in the western region.However,in order to achieve safe and efficient mining in coal seams with large inclination,it is necessary to solve the roof control problem in fully mechanized coal mining face.Cao Cun Coal Mine 1010 face has large coal seam inclination,and its direct joint internal joint and bedding structure are mature and very broken.Therefore,it is difficult to control the roof and support of the face.Aiming at 2 #-1010 fully mechanized coal mining face,using numerical simulation,similar material test,theoretical analysis,on-site monitoring and other comprehensive methods,the theories and technologies of dynamic control of roof with large inclination face under complex geological conditions are proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the numerical simulation of working face mining,as the 1010 working face advances forward,the vertical stress distribution of solid coal on the working face is low on both sides and high in the middle,shaped like a "saddle",and the maximum stress concentration is located on the working face In the middle,there is a range of nearly 30 m.(2)Through the comparison of the vertical stress during the face advancement,it can be found that in the direction and tilt direction of the face,the coal seam dip angle is negatively related to the vertical stress value.Instead,the internal stress value decreases.(3)In the vicinity of the fault zone,especially when the working face is mined forward from the bottom of the fault,the roof is broken to a large degree and the stress changes greatly.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in controlling the roof and surrounding rock of the roadway.(4)Comprehensively consider the factors that affect the selection of hydraulic supports such as the engineering geological conditions of the working face and coal seam conditions,and finally choose the ZY4600-18 / 37 double-column shield hydraulic support.(5)With the continuous advancement of the 1010 working face,in the area where the coal seam inclination is small,the working resistance value of the hydraulic support of the working face will increase,so the initial support force of the hydraulic support must be increased moderately to achieve active control.The purpose of the project is to ultimately prevent the overburden from separating,thereby preventing the occurrence of toppingaccidents.In areas with large coal seam inclination,the control of hydraulic supports should be strengthened to maintain their stability and prevent the supports from tipping over.(6)The roof control of the 1010 working face stope mainly depends on the initial support force and working resistance of the hydraulic support,so it is required that the emulsion pump station can provide sufficient hydraulic pressure.For the control of the roof of the working face,the supporting methods and parameters cannot be fixed,and dynamic management is required,that is,according to the changes in geological structural conditions(coal seam inclination,faults,etc.),the end face distance and initial support force of the hydraulic support are appropriately adjusted,reasonable Control the movement of overlying rocks and mining height.This paper has 74 figures,11 tables and 66 references. |
