With the rapid development of industry, global soils are facing different levels of heavy metal pollution. When the heavy metal content in the soil exceeds the standard,it will affect the growth and development of forage grass, damage the plant body system, hinder the absorption and utilization of nutrient elements, leading to forage The plant is short and yellow, which seriously reduces the quality of forage. At the same time,it is also very easy to reach the human body through the food chain, affecting human health. Therefore,in this study, three common grasses(Sorghum×Sudan grass,Chloris virgata, and Triticum aestivum)common in Xinjiang were planted in soil contaminated by heavy metals Cu and Cd.Funneliformis mosseae(Fm)measures the growth-promoting effect of grasses growing in soil contaminated by heavy metals.Fm assists the accumulation of heavy metals in soil by the roots of plants and the types and contents of root exudates that affect heavy metals a brief analysis is conducted to provide an effective theoretical basis for using grass to inoculate Fm to effectively reduce heavy metals in the soil, improve the soil environment, and increase grass yield. The results are as follows:1.Plant three common grasses in Xinjiang in heavy metal contaminated soil. After inoculation with Trichosporium mossii, the mycorrhizal infestation rate reaches 30%~75% in the grass growth period of 4weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks,Plant height and biomass are significantly improved.By comparing the differences between different treatments, the growth-promoting effects of Fm inoculation in heavy metal contaminated soil on three grasses were obtained.2.Determination of heavy metal content in the plant part, root part, rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of the grasses at the 12 th week of the growth period of three grasses.Inoculation with Fm can effectively increase the heavy metal content in the rhizosphere soil 8.92%~103.15 %,reduce the heavy metal content in non-rhizosphere soil by 11.88%~85.68%;Sorghum×Sudan grass can accumulate Cd in the above-ground part of the plant and reduce the accumulation of Cu in the plant part;Chloris virgata and Triticum aestivum can accumulate heavy metals in the root part3.Over time, the activities of the roots secreting acid phosphatase and the types and contents of organic acids secreted by the roots of the three grasses under different treatments have changed. The soil acid phosphatase content increased by 1.70%~60.31%,and the organic acid content reached1.66ug/g~27.70ug/g.
