In recent years, with the development of electrochemical synthesis methods, chemists have increasing cognition about organic electrochemistry, and more and more researchers have found its unique advantages in synthesis.Under electrochemical condition, the equivalent of oxidizing or reducing agent can be replaced by the electrolytic current, the use of metal catalyst or intermediate can well realize the selective redox and construction of chemical bonds. In addition, many organic electrochemistry reactions were metal-free,easily scale up and atom-economic etc. These advantages meet people for the pursuit of "green chemistry".Electrochemical synthesis has become increasingly important in the minds of many researchers in the hot fields of organic chemistry, such as asymmetric catalysis, drug synthesis, and selective hydrocarbon activation. In this paper, the development of organic electrochemistry, electrolysis method and electrochemical synthesis characteristics were briefly introduced. This paper emphasizes the study of the electrochemical generation of phosphonyl radicals and the s-o bond was constructed, sulfinic esters was synthesized by electrochemical redox method. This paper has done a lot of literature reading and analysis on the research of related reactions, and mainly studied the following two aspects:1.The production of phosphine radical is very important for the synthesis of organophosphorus.Electrocatalysis of phosphine radicals was achieved under mild conditions by using cheap and readily available metal catalysts and the phosphorylated oxindoles were synthesized by means of series cyclization mechanism. It provides a more green synthesis method for the production and construction of phosphine radical,so we hope to have a wide range of synthetic applications in the future.2.Sulfinic esters are widely found in many biomedical molecules due to their sulfur-containing atomic structure and they are also important synthons. The structure of sulfinic ester was constructed by electrochemical synthesis with cheap and easily available thiophenol and alcohol as raw materials and O2 in the air as oxygen source.
