Research On Full Forming Structure Technology Of Domestic Computerized Flat Knitting Machine

Computer flat knitting machine full-forming technology refers to a complete formed garment can be knitted directly from the forming process on the knitting machine without cutting or stitching.The knitting of full-formed garments on domestic double-needle-bed computerized flat knitting machine has always been a difficulty in knitting industry.By discussing the knitting principle of full-formed garment,this paper chooses dress as the research object,and completes the research of full-formed pattern structure and process optimization of dress in the domestic pattern making software.The purpose of this project was to integrate the pattern knowledge of shuttle knitting into the pattern making of full-formed knitting;adjusting the radius of the pattern by different calculation process;or adding waist darts or chest darts to the pattern,and integrating them into the princess seams;as well as using different needle-closing or needling-adding methods;making use of the density of different organizational structures to achieve the purpose of adjusting the size of the pattern,and so on,so as to make the structure of full-formed knitting dress more diversified,so that the full-formed ready-to-wear dress would be more suitable and beautiful.The main research points of these patterns and techniques are gathered in the experiments of seven full-formed samples and six full-formed dresses.Each experiment solved or improved one or more pattern and technique problems.In the experiment of six full-formed dresses,there are three dresses of basic style.They are V-neck,round-neck,high-neck,sleeveless,shoulder-sleeve,long-sleeved,A-type,X-type and S-type.There are also three dresses of different styles,which study the relationship between different organizational structure and size of the pattern,and add the princess line with chest and waist darts savings.The effect of different needle-closing and needle-adding methods on the aesthetics of the layout was also discussed.The research of this subject plays a guiding role in the pattern making methods of knitted full-formed clothing,and has certain reference significance for the technique optimization of full-formed clothing.
