With the development of society, glass products have penetrated into people's lives.Today, with the rapid development of the national economy, monolithic tempered glass has gained market recognition for its excellent performance and has played an important role in many fields. From skyscrapers, space shuttles to mobile phone foils, monolithic tempered glass can perform its due value. At the same time, the tempered vacuum glass derived from monolithic tempered glass has more obvious advantages in safety and energy saving. It can also be more recognized by the society, its excellent performance has been favored by the market, with great potential for development. However, under the current technical conditions, tempered vacuum glass has not been popularized. The form and arrangement of supports restrict the development of this industry.Which is also the case, the vast number of scientific researchers have been attracted to this industry to explore the theorization and marketization of tempered vacuum glass. In this paper, aiming at the impact resistance of tempered vacuum glass, the following three parts are mainly done by means of experiment and simulation: 1)The mechanical propertie of tempered vacuum glass is studied without the influence of external factors;2)The impact resistance of monolithic tempered glass is studied, and its insitu test and simulation verification are carried out.;3)Under the impact condition, the finite element simulation of the tempered vacuum glass is carried out to study its impact resistance. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the marketization of tempered vacuum glass and provide direction for improving its impact resistance. After completing the three parts' study, the main conclusions are as follows:1)Without the influence of external factors, the support of tempered vacuum glass should be hollow cylindrical, with the maximum spacing of 80 mm;when supported by spherical support, the tempered vacuum glass has serious concentrated stress, and the maximum spacing of support is 70 mm;2)The ultimate ball landing height of a monolithic tempered glass is 1.1m.When the strain gauge is bonded with epoxy resin, the ultimate ball landing height of a monolithic tempered glass is less than 1.1m;3)The experimental results of impact resistance of monolithic tempered glass agrees well with the numerical simulation results. It is feasible to study the impact resistance of tempered vacuum glass by numerical simulation;4)The impact time of the ball on the tempered vacuum glass is about 4 ?s.When the support is hollow cylindrical, the ultimate ball height is the highest,0.54m;the spherical ball is the lowest, only 0.45 m.The stress waves are generated at the falling point and each supporting point, and are propagated to the periphery with each point as the center.During this period, the stress waves interact with each other until the energy is exhausted, and the stress wave disappears.
