At present,most of the optimized schemes of gas detectors were in theoretical research.In this paper,the layout optimization of gas detectors was completed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation and experimental verification.Based on the method of geometric similarity and CFD,a gas leakage experimental system was built,including the subsystems of the leak source system,the wind farm system,and the gas monitoring system.Experimental system was used to carry out gas leak experiment and detector layout optimization verification experiment.Combined with stochastic programming method,the experimental results were analyzed and discussed,and a method based on CFD for gas detector layout was proposed.The results of the project were expected to provide an experimental platform for gas leak detection and detector layout,which would provide an experimental verification method for the optimization of gas detector layout.The specific contents were as follows:1.Study on the size of the gas leakage test platformAccording to the actual distribution of the diesel hydrogenation plant,based on the geometric similarity and the actual experiment place,the scale ratio was determined and the scale model was designed as a whole.CFD was used to simulate the scale model and took the steady diffusion of wind field as the goal,so as to determine the parameters such as the height,length and width of the diffusion section and experimental section of the scale model,so as to provide theoretical support for the experimental platform.2.Design of an experimental platform for gas leakageBased on the experimental requirements and experimental purposes,the experimental platform system was set up,including the wind field system,gas leakage system,gas monitoring system and so on.According to the objective conditions and specific requirements of the laboratory,the materials and parts of the experimental platform and the equipment required for each system were determined.Through the seal test,the wind field test and the simple device experiment and the simulation comparison test,the experiment platform design was finally completed.3.Study on layout scheme of gas detector based on CFDBased on the scale model,a fine equivalent model of the CFD was set up,and the leakage accident scene set was constructed by using the LEAK software.The monitoring points of the corresponding number and position were set in the fine model,and the Fluent calculation of the fine model was completed,and the analysis of the concentration of each monitoring point was carried out.Based on the results of CFD numerical simulation,the scheme of gas leakage detector layout was completed by using the stochastic programming method to minimize the cumulative detection time.4.Experimental verification of gas detector layout schemeThe gas detector layout scheme was set up in the physical physical model,and the experimental plan was designed through uniform experiment.According to the experimental requirements and purposes,the experimental table and experimental steps were designed to complete the leak test of each scene.The experimental data were compared with the simulated data,and the relative error and root mean square error were taken as the quantitative indicators to complete the experimental research on the correctness of gas detectors.
