Although relatively advanced technology has been developed to date,it has also resulted in increasing waste emissions. The risks and hazards of environmental pollution caused by these wastes cannot be underestimated.Such as acid rain, global warming and so on have deeply affected people's life. The decomposition of organic pollutants has always been a difficult problem.Niobium oxide nanowires have better photocatalytic performance. The advantages of photocatalytic oxidation treating pollutants are high efficiency and low energy consumption, which can play a very good role in the treatment of industrial toxic and hazardous wastewater. However, the preparation conditions and mechanism of niobium nanowires are still lacking. In this paper, the porous one-dimensional niobium oxide nanowires were prepared by solvent thermal method, and the preparation conditions were investigated and the conditions of preparation were obtained. The study found that the best preparation of nanowires on condition that the reaction time is 6 h,collection hot mixing temperature of 19 ?,the reaction temperature is 180 ?,calcination temperature is 580 ?.In this preparation condition, the nanowires with high purity, good crystallinity and unique inner wall pore structure are obtained, and the pore distribution is uniform and the pore diameter is about 12 nm.In this paper, the photocatalytic performance of niobium oxide nanowires was studied.Compared with the commercial niobium oxide nanoparticles, the preparation of the porous niobium oxide nanowires to decompose rhodamine B is short. At the same time, the formation process and mechanism of the unique structure are explored. The oxalate root in the raw material does not participate in the hole.During the whole roasting process, the product transformed to porous and the pore structure was gradually formed.Growth mechanism of three octyl amine and oleic acid in combination with the generated class amide orientation agent adsorption on the initial formation of the crystal nucleus, type of surfactant structure of adsorption on the nucleus of the(001)crystal plane, make nanowires along the(001)crystal growth. Then in the process of growth, the double bond of oleic acid and niobium oxygen combine to form the niobium oxygen pentameter ring, which is inlaid evenly inside the niobium oxide nanostructure. After the high temperature roasting, the tri-octylamine and oleic acid were decomposed as the guiding agent, resulting in the smooth and non-porous outer wall.In addition, the preparation of niobium nanowires as a precursor was carried out,and the nanoparticles prepared by electrostatic spinning were modified to obtain niobium oxide nanofibers. The morphology and photocatalytic properties of niobium oxide nanofibers were tested. It was found that its photocatalytic performance was improved.
