As an advanced well completion technology,multistage segmental fracture for horizontal Wells is also one of the important measures to increase the production of low permeability reservoir.The packer is an important tool for horizontal well staged fracturing completion.However,the low permeability reservoir conditions under high temperature and high pressure have high requirements on the performance of the packer,especially the sealing performance of the packer rubber.According to the technical requirements,a packer for 50 MPa pressure level and 150 ℃ temperature level is designed through the investigation on site application conditions and downhole conditions.The connection structure,setting mechanism,locking mechanism,the midway setting mechanism and the sealing mechanism of the packer are designed in detail,and the software AutoCAD and SolidWorks are used to paint the engineering drawings and 3 d model of the packer.Then,the performance of the packer(including working parameters,strength of the main compressive components and the thread strength of the packer)is calculated by theoretical calculation and ANSYS finite element simulation.Finally,ABAQUS finite element software is used to calculate the sealing performance of the packer,which provides a theoretical basis for the overall structure optimization of packer.
