Application And Research Of VOCs Management Technology In Refinery Storage And Transportation Process

With the development of our society,environmental protection has been raised to the historical height of national governance.VOCs control and governance,has become one of the priorities of China's environmental protection work.New standards promulgated and implemented to promote China's VOCs in the oil and chemical industry into the crucial stage.Domestic petrochemical enterprises in the application of emission reduction technology and research,reduce VOCs emissions and pollution,to achieve sustainable development of society,there is a long road to explore.Through the analysis and application of various end control technologies,We could realize the purpose of recycling and managing VOCs in the process of storage and transportation of oil refining enterprises.In this paper,VOCs,such as condensing method,low temperature diesel oil absorption method,lye desulfurization method and activated carbon adsorption method,were used to study the emission of VOCs such as highway loading platform,middle tank area and benzene tank area during the storage and transportation of Qingdao Petrochemical Company.Point to carry out the waste gas treatment.Through the management of VOCs in highway,railway loading station,and tank area,the emission of VOCs in the exhaust gas is 2738.43 t / a,and the pollutants are discharged to meet the standard production and operation according to law.Through the application and research of various VOCs technology,the investment analysis model of VOCs technology is established to verify the reliability of the investment analysis model of the established VOCs governance project.The model is applied to the investment,cost and income analysis of VOCs project,and it is an economical and reasonable reference for the selection of VOCs in the process of refinery storage and transportation.The research on the operating conditions of VOCs and the problems found in industrial applications,find the direction of improvement,implement the optimization measures,achieve the purpose of optimization,and further improve the safe and stable operation level of VOCs management facilities.
