Medical wastewater has the characterize of spatial pollution,acuteand latent infection.Therefore,it is necessary to treat the sewage effectively.In our study,we based on the current status of medical wastewater treatment in China and abroad,and analyzed the different medical wastewater treatment processes,combined with the current situation in China,the optimal medical wastewater treatment processes was selected through comparison.This study chooses four representative hospitals in ordos.Analysis of those hospitals' s medical wastewater treatment system.To understand the effect of wastewater treatment in actual operation,Introduce and compare various treatment processes,Analysis of monitoring data.When selecting treatment technology,the hospital needs to consider the hospital's type,size,number of patients,the amount of wastewater generated and the quality of inlet water.According to the monitoring data of nearly 3 years,the disinfection method adopted by the four hospitals is mature and feasible.Combined with the analysis of the cost-benefit situation,this disinfection method is the most economical and feasible.At present,this disinfection method is adopted by the hospitals in the ordos municipal area.Although the integrated hospital sewage treatment equipment in the four processes has the advantages of small footprint and low management cost,the disadvantage is that it has requirements for the inflow of water,and the amount of water should not be too large.Biological contact oxidation units were found in sewage treatment processes of four hospitals.But there are differences in the earlier processing units.By comparison,it is common practice to add hydrolytic acidification units in the early stage.This combination had a good removal effect on CODcr and BOD5,but the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was average.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can be improved by adding anoxic element to hydrolytic acidification and biological contact oxidation unit.The results show that the integrated sewage treatment equipment is suitable for small hospitals."Hydrolytic acidification + hypoxia + biological contact oxidation" process is suitable for large general hospitals.
