Study On The Technology Of Coking Waserwater Treatment

Coking wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater with complex components and difficult biodegradation.As it contains phenolic compounds,polycyclic aromatic compounds and heterocyclic organic compounds containing nitrogen,oxygen and sulfur,it is difficult to discharge up to standard by conventional water treatment methods.A/O process is adopted in the coking wastewater treatment system of A steel plant.The main treatment stages are:anoxic pool and two-stage aerobic pool.After a period of operation,the removal efficiency of phenol and ammonia nitrogen in the waste water is obvious.The removal rate of phenol in the waste water can continue to be more than 99%,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 85-90%.However,the removal rate of CODcr is not stable.In order to achieve standard discharge,the waste water treatment system of the coking plant was upgraded and upgraded to A~2/O process.After the transformation is completed,the staff of the post shall strictly monitor the water temperature,dissolved oxygen,pH value,water quality and water quantity of each link in the process of system operation to ensure the normal operation of the system.Taking a steel coking wastewater treatment technology as an example,around after transforming process features and practical operation factors of organic matter degradation in wastewater is studied and the influence factors of strengthen denitrification process,set up at the scene with the proportion of the experiment device,experiment on the existing problems in the system,it is concluded that the data,the data can be used to guide the on-site production,for the realization of the treated waste water index can reach the coking chemical pollutants emission standard"(GB16171-2012)between the discharge standards to provide powerful data support,of coking enterprises realize wastewater discharging standard and achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction is of great importance.
