| The traditional biological nitrogen removal processing,which would,need much energy and also cause greenhouse effect.In order to cater to the theme of sustainable development,when achieving the purpose of removing pollutants,the way of turning the sewage treatment to environment-friendly mode should also be put into consideration.While the problem above can be solved by the new techniques of shortcut nitrification and anammox,which could even turn sewage disposal factory from the end of energy dissipation to a chemical factory with 0 energy consumption or of energy output.The thesis takes combined technique of shortcut nitrification and anammox as the researching object,exploring the sequestration potential and carbon sequestration rate of this technique by changing the substrate concentration and operating parameters(Temperature,HRT).And during the experiment sludge samples of different stages are collected,inside which the microbial population changes were analyzed through molecular biotechnology.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)It is proved that the best NH4+-N concentration of aerobic reactor is 180mg/L,when the HRT=10 h,NLR=0.44 kg-N/m3/d,pH=7.55-7.60,T=30±1℃,the reactor runs stably and presents the best capacity of carbon sequestration.(2)It is proved that the best NH4+-N,NO2--N concentration of anaerobic reactor is 75 mg/L,95 mg/L,when the HRT=24 h,NLR=0.34 kg-N/m3/d,pH=7.55-7.60,T=30±1℃,the reactor runs stably and presents the best capacity of carbon sequestration.(3)The result of SPSS linear regression analysis shows that the relationship of carbon sequestration and substrate concentration is positively correlated.And the equation is well.(4)The HRT experiment shows us the best HRT of aerobic reactor is 14 h,when NLR=0.44 kg-N/m3/d,the best carbon sequestration reaches 0.319 mg/mg-N;the best HRT of anammox reactor is 33.4 h,when NLR=0.3 kg-N/m3/d,the best crbon sequestration reaches 0.183mg/mg-N.(5)The temperature experiment shows us the best temperature of aerobic reactor is 29-31℃,when NLR=0.44 kg-N/m3/d,HRT=10 h,the best carbon sequestration reaches 0.285 mg/(mg-N);the best temperature of anammox reactor is34-36℃,when NLR=0.34 kg-N/m3/d,HRT=24 h,the best carbon sequestration reaches 0.201 mg/(mg-N).(6)Results of microbiological experiment shows that the predominant bacterium in shortcut nitrification is:Acidobacteria Bacteria、Chlorobi and Proteobacteria Bacteria;the predominant bacterium in anammox is:Planctomycete Bacteria、Actinobacteria Bacteria and Proteobacteria Bacteria. |
