Zinc molybdate?ZnMoO4?is a kind of scintillation crystal with good performance,which has the advantages of high density,strong luminous intensity,high scintillation efficiency and stable radiation performance.ZnMoO4 or white non-toxic semiconductor functional materials,with unique optical properties and electrochemical properties.And zinc molybdate crystals have an important prospect in the study of 100Mo double beta decay,providing a kind of material for its flicker thermal radiation detector to achieve its harsh optical,thermal and radioactive purity standards.At present,the method of synthesizing zinc molybdate single crystal is mainly Czochralski method and Bridgman-Stockbarger method,in which the synthesis technology of Czochralski method is more mature,but the two methods are defective.In addition,the research on zinc molybdate at home and abroad is mainly powder And microcrystalline.At present,there is no hydrothermal growth of zinc molybdate single crystal has been reported,so the crystallization of zinc molybdate crystal hydrothermal process is important to make the size of the crystal has been a breakthrough.The experiment mainly includes the selection of the mineralizer and the reaction temperature of the molybdenum molybdate single crystal grown by hydrothermal method,the growth is carried out by using the 22#kettle,and finally the best experimental scheme is explored,and the monocrystalline molybdate single crystal is characterized,The test methods include:X-ray polycrystalline diffraction analysis,infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,UV-Vis absorption spectra,transmittance and comprehensive thermal analysis to further study the growth of zinc molybdate crystals by hydrothermal method.The main results were as follows:the best growth scheme was as follows:mineralizer sodium molybdate Na2MoO4;mixed with ZnO+MoO3,sintered polycrystal at 900?,72%Zn:Na=0.8;growth temperature 450?,growth temperature 465?,growth cycle 15 days.With 22#kettle in a certain hydrothermal growth conditions,the growth of the largest size can reach the length of 5mm molybdenum monocrystalline crystals.The molybdenum molybdenum single crystal grown by hydrothermal method is monoclinic,?-ZnMoO4 with tungstenite structure,which is single and basically does not contain other impurities.Space group P2/c,a0=4.704nm,b0=5.754nm,c0=4.912nm,?=?=90o,?=90.1o,the main structure in the unit cell is[MoO6]/[ZnO6]The Infrared and Raman spectra are consistent with the characteristic peaks of?-ZnMoO4 reported by other research institutions.ZnMoO4 is absorbed in the ultraviolet region,and a wide permeation zone appears in the visible region.The melting point of zinc molybdate crystals is 1011?,and there are mass changes and energy changes at 569?,725?and 1011?,corresponding to the temperature change characteristics of the crystal.The subject of zinc molybdate single crystal grown by hydrothermal method is a new subject.It has important theoretical and practical significances,the results of this subject to promote the development of functional crystals,artificial crystal growth technology,artificial crystal,especially scintillation crystal material The development and utilization of an important role.
