Under the background of rapid economic development,the Chinese government has gradually increased energy reform efforts and strived to achieve sustainable economic development.As a major power consumer in the power system,the participation of chemical companies in energy conservation and consumption reduction is not only conducive to the improvement of their own competitiveness,but also important to the reform of the power system.In addition,a detailed grasp of the operation of the enterprise distribution network,on the one hand,helps to improve the operational reliability of the power supply system,on the other hand,it helps the enterprise scientifically formulate production plans,reduce energy consumption,and save costs.As far as the enterprise itself is concerned,the complexity of power management increases with the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,and the continuous use of various electrical equipment makes the power management far beyond the scope of manual management.Only the enterprise power monitoring and management system established by relying on computer technology,network communication technology and on-site collection technology can meet the needs of the enterprise modern management mode.This paper designs a chemical enterprise load monitoring system,which applies GPRS communication technology and cloud server platform to the energy consumption monitoring system,and uses LabVIEW software to collect energy consumption data of the enterprise site through data communication.Monitoring the power consumption of the terminal device helps to accurately grasp the working conditions of each device,and starts the demand side management of the user from the terminal.According to the monitoring system,it can record the energy consumption data of the enterprise in a time-sharing and sub-item,and perform energy consumption analysis and load forecasting based on the first-hand data provided bythe load monitoring.This paper uses Elman neural network to predict the changes and distribution trends of enterprises’ power consumption in the future production cycle.Based on the current consumption power consumption of enterprises and combined with the predicted energy consumption trends,to analyzes the energy efficiency management of enterprises(using energy-saving equipment)and adopting the energy-saving effect of “avoiding peaks and filling valleys ” measures,and put forward reasonable control requirements and assumptions,and then study the operability of enterprise energy-saving measures from the aspect of demand side management. |
