With the advancement of urbanization,the design of modern buildings is becoming more and more complicated and large-scale with the development of science and technology.Public buildings,such as shopping malls,office buildings,science and education centers,were increasing sharply.Large-scale public buildings are densely staffed,structurally diverse and functionally complex.Once sudden disasters occur(such as fires,earthquakes,toxic gas leakage,etc.),the evacuation process is inefficient due to the lack of effective evacuation guidance and the panic psychology of evacuators.Therefore,it has become a research focus to conduct efficient safe evacuation guidance and drilling for personnel in building fires,which is of great significance to protect the safety of life and property in public buildings.Based on this,author adopts the research idea of integration and innovation of multi-disciplines,multi-methods and multi-technology,and chooses an experimental building with multiple functions such as academic exchange,office,teaching,experiment and library(department)as a research case to construct an intelligent fire evacuation system for public buildings,which can simulate the possible development trend of events.Through mobile terminal indoor positioning,real-time pushing the location of fire facilities and fire emergency evacuation path at the site,accurate,real-time and visual navigation evacuation can be achieved.Firstly,the data models of evacuation passage,door location,safety exit and fire protection facilities layout in public buildings are analyzed and constructed;secondly,the application of intelligent fire evacuation scenario is analyzed,and the fire emergency evacuation scenario of public buildings is designed.At the same time,a fire scene rescue and evacuation model based on RFID indoor location is proposed.The classical LANDARC algorithm is used as the prototype to study its principle and shortcomings.In view of the current practical application,a reasonable improved method is proposed.Based on indoor location,the shortest path algorithm is used to solve the best path of rescue evacuation when a fire occurs.Finally,based on the study of building data model construction,application analysis of intelligent fire evacuation,indoor location,shortest path solution and other issues,an intelligent fire evacuation system for public buildings based on mobile terminal is constructed..The research results can provide fast and effective virtual drill and evacuation and Rescue Decision Support for urban disaster events,and provide useful reference for improving the emergency management system and risk management system of major disaster events in China.
