In this paper,several working faces are taken as the research objects with different geological and mining conditions in Taoyi mine and Hengjian mine.To obtain the dynamic deformation data of surface subsidence,inclination and curvature of the working face and draw curves,surface movement observation stations were setted for each research object.Based on the key layer theory,the deflection of the overlying strata was calculated,and the callapse zone,fracture zone and bend zone were divided with the overlying strata in filling mining and the characteristics of the development of rock dilatability were analyzed.The numerical simulation software was used to simulate the single working face and the strip filling mining face when they are pushed for different distances,extract the distribution cloud chart of the movement and stress of the overlying strata.Meanwhile,monitored the surface settlement after 6 years of filling working face.Based on this basic work,summarized the law of the strata and surface movement of the mining with ultra-high water material filling.The results shows that the surface subsidence of the filling mining with ultra-high water material is smaller than that of the whole caving mining,the extreme value of the slope curvature of the surface is smaller,the number of days in active period and the accumulated subsidence are smaller;the filling body and the overlying strata jointly bear the load of the overlying strata,except for the direct roof,the other strata only bend,and the development of the crushed swelling of the overlying strata in the goaf is inhibited,only bending and fracture zones are formed.With the increase of advancing distance,the distribution law of stress is the same as that of total caving method,but the stress extreme value are smaller than that of total caving method.The surface movement parameters of filling mining are different from that of total caving method.Based on the analysis results of deflection of filling mining strata,the equivalent mining height is adopted as mining thickness when filling mining is adopted,which is higher than that under the same conditions.The subsidence coefficient increases by 15% and the full mining coefficient increases by 50% when mining with full caving method.The filling effectively supports the overburden within 6 years after the filling of the ultra-high water material is completed.The rock layer load did not occur "instability",and the filling and recovery achieved the expected effect. |
