As a green reagent, deep eutectic solvent is applied to the pretreatment of lignocellulosic materials. In this study, deep eutectic solvents were prepared by choline chloride and oxalic acid dihydrate, and combined with glycerol or ethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.constitute a solvent system.Sugarcane bagasse as a substrate, take the pretreatment under different conditions, the substrate was tried to be used in diverse ways. When the different dosages of DES were combined with glycerol or ethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol to pretreat sugarcane bagasse, the total fermentable sugar concentration and enzymatic efficiency were used as indicators. The solvent system composed of DES combined with polyethylene glycol was selected as the subsequent experimental investigation system.Using DES combined with polyethylene glycol as solvent system, the optimal pretreatment conditions with enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency and reducing sugar concentration were obtained by orthogonal experiment: solvent system(20g DES,30 g polyethylene glycol),reaction at 130°C for 90 min. After optimization experiment, the cellulose content of bagasse was 68.01%,the total fermentable sugar concentration was 13.619 g/L,the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency was 79.51%,and the lignin removal rate was 53.15%.At the same time, the ability of sugarcane bagasse to produce ethanol after pretreatment was investigated, and the pretreated sugarcane bagasse was subjected to separate hydrolysis and fermentation(SHF)or simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF)using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The separate hydrolysis and fermentation(SHF)reached 4.63 g/L at 9 h,and the maximum ethanol of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF)reached 2.92 g/L at 24 h.The sugarcane bagasse before and after pretreatment was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.A lignin-based biochar material is prepared by using the lignin fraction in the residue after enzymatic hydrolysis. The adsorption capacity of the biochar material was examined, and the XRD and FTIR were characterized, and using the biochar to adsorb black liquor produced during pretreatment, which has a good adsorption effect.
