Iron and steel industry is a traditional high energy consumption industry,the energy saving and consumption reduction of this industry has been widely concerned by the whole society.As one of the most important energy-consuming equipment in the production of steel tube,the single consumption and thermal efficiency of natural gas have always been the focus of energy saving and consumption reduction in the annular furnace.Natural gas consumption in the process of how to reduce steel pipe production,effectively reduce the cost of tons of steel,rational use of natural gas resources efficiently,reduce heating furnace flue gas emissions as much as possible,to reduce their emissions of air pollutants,is a key factor of sustainable development of iron and steel industry,so how to further realize saving energy and reducing consumption has become the iron and steel enterprises in the key to the survival and development in the 21st century.In view of the high energy consumption and low output of the traditional ring furnace in the production of steel tube,the industry has been looking for various measures to gradually improve the problem.?460 units in baotou steel company as the research object,50 m annular furnace to reduce?460 units annular furnace gas consumption of process optimization and engineering application are studied.?460 units,the author of this paper annular furnace engineering application,improvement measures are proposed on the one hand,will be implemented to the production practice,and to get the data in time and to analysis and research;On the other hand,the results of practical application provide a basis for verification and improvement of various energy-saving theories and measures.Through the engineering practice research of this subject,the single consumption of natural gas in ring heating furnace can be reduced effectively,so as to reduce the production cost of ton steel and improve the benefit of enterprises.This article first ring of baotou steel company?460 unit energy consumption situation of heating furnace and the thermal efficiency are analyzed;Then,the optimization of combustion system management,improvement of distribution mode,enhancement of waste heat utilization of flue gas,optimization of operation and maintenance,application of black body technology,and increase of furnace body insulation and other engineering experiments are studied.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Baotou steel tube company?460 annular energy consumption situation of heating furnace and thermal analysis.Compared with the same industry,found that the optimized revamping before?460 annular furnace thermal efficiency is 39.1%,lower than the same industry level is 40%;Natural gas consumption is 58.97m~3/t,far higher than the industry value of 46.67m~3/t.And through the analysis pointed out that the thermal efficiency is low and the gas consumption is high due to working conditions,stop rolling,the condition of heating system,planning,production scheduling and material factors such as the result of comprehensive effect,for?460 units of annular heating pointed out the direction of the optimized renovation work.Baotou steel tube company?460 units annular furnace process optimization and engineering application of experimental research.By optimizing the management of combustion system,improving the distribution mode,strengthening the utilization of waste heat of flue gas,optimizing the operation and maintenance,applying the black-body technology and increasing the heat preservation of furnace body,it has a very good effect on reducing the single consumption of natural gas in ring heating furnace.The specific measures of each project are as follows:optimizing the combustion system management by optimizing the combustion condition in the heating furnace,optimizing the heating system and optimizing the cooling system for rolling;According to the different specifications of the billet,the engineering experiment of changing the way of the cloth;Engineering test optimization research on operation and maintenance through reasonable production planning and discharge control of pollutants,regular maintenance of the bottom of the furnace and completion of the bottom material level groove of the ring furnace;The engineering test study of boldface technology and the engineering test study of increasing the heat preservation of furnace body by thickening the material insulation layer of furnace body and adding internal partition wall.Optimization of baotou steel company?460 sets of annular furnace gas consumption indicators can reach the domestic industry leading level.Optimization of baotou steel company annual production of?460 units of annular furnace has gone up by 32.92%,operation efficiency increased by 9.97%;At the same time,the single consumption of natural gas in the ring heating furnace was reduced by 5.6%,and the thermal efficiency was increased by 22.11%.
