With the rapid development of modern cities,and the state pays more attention to the environmental protection,the water supply plant should pay enough attention to the direction of the production waste water while it is being built or expanded.Because in these production wastewater,the index of suspended solids is much higher than the national standard.Through the understanding and analysis of the water production process,we found that the wastewater mainly comes from the sludge discharge of the sedimentation tank and the backwash of the filter.If they are directly discharged into nearby water bodies or sewers without any treatment,they will not only pollute water bodies,cause a large amount of waste of water resources,but also cause a huge impact on the water environment.Therefore,in the current situation of water shortage and increasingly serious pollution,the sludge treatment method of water supply plant is particularly important.Based on the water purification process of Songliuling water plant in Shaoxing City,this paper studies and analyzes the nature of sludge discharge water on the basis of the original sludge treatment system,combined with the needs of sludge treatment in the water plant.Based on the analysis of the existing sludge treatment projects in water plants at home and abroad,a set of sludge treatment projects suitable for the water plant is designed on the premise of conforming to the existing operation mode Sludge treatment process.Through the calculation of the amount of dry sludge and the amount of sludge discharged,the treatment forms and design parameters of sludge discharge tank,sludge concentration tank and balance tank are determined.Compare the performance,efficiency and economy of the existing main sludge dewatering equipment to determine the selection of dewatering equipment and the design of supporting system.On this basis,the final implementation plan is determined.On the basis of the implementation plan,the basic design,electrical design,automatic control design and human-computer interface design of the sludge treatment automation control system of the process are carried out successively,so as to achieve the purpose of unattended,remote monitoring and automatic operation of sludge treatment in the water plant.The project has passed the on-site debugging,realized the normal operation of sludge treatment in the water supply plant,and reached the acceptance standard.At present,the system is stable,the efficiency of automatic mud making is high,and the effluent quality of supernatant is good,which achieves the expected control goal.This design provides useful experience for the design of largescale sewage treatment control system in other cities.
