The construction scale of LNG receiving terminal is expanding day by day,and its function orientation tends to seasonal peak shaving and emergency gas supply.On the one hand,the outflow of LNG receiving terminal is limited by the scale of equipment in the station,on the other hand,it is affected by the number of downstream gas users and gas consumption,resulting in great fluctuation.According to the operation data of the receiving station and the working conditions of the site,the optimization of the process is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency.Taking a LNG receiving terminal in China as an example,this paper determines the main equipment parameters and process flow,calculates the maximum and minimum outflow volume by analyzing the changing law of outflow load,and predicts the gasification outflow volume in the next five years by using grey model.The process model of receiving terminal is established by using HYSYS simulation software.Through the simulation results,various factors affecting BOG production are analyzed.The energy consumption of different BOG treatment processes is compared,and the selection method of BOG treatment process under the condition of constant fluctuation of output is put forward.Based on the characteristics of peak shaving operation in receiving station,the reserve capacity in station is studied and analyzed,and the operation conditions such as the change of outflow conditions,the high energy cost of turbocharger and the limitation of vaporizer in winter are analyzed,and the corresponding optimal operation scheme is put forward.
