| Steam stimulation is a mature production technology for the development of heavy oil reservoir,the main mechanism is the viscosity of heavy oil steam heating effect.Moreover,it can improve the oil phase permeability,make rocks and crude oil heat expansion and acts as a solvent extractor.At the same time,those stream has some of the steam drive effect,which can improve the effect of heavy oil recovery.In this paper,the typical production modes of 45 vertical Wells and 126 horizontal Wells in KMK reservoir in each cycle are divided into four modes: high water cut and low oil production,low water cut and high oil production,high oil production with fluctuating water cut and high oil production with fluctuating water cut and low oil production.Secondly,the production effect of the Wells with nitrogen foam gel profile control is evaluated,and the conclusion is drawn that nitrogen foam gel can improve the steam stimulation effect of vertical Wells under certain conditions.Then,through the summary and comparison of the data analysis method,to build a set of steam stimulation thermal recovery well output water source data analysis method,through to the ion concentration of the output KMK reservoir water,formation water and injected water,salinity,p H value of the data for data analysis identifying main factor calculation formula,calculates the corresponding Wells of judging the value of the main factors to calculate the weight coefficient of formation water and injected water output water;At the same time,the value of recovery water rate of each well is normally distributed,and the formation water composition of bottom water and boundary water is further divided.Finally,the well location map of different production modes and the well location map of the source of produced water were obtained by combining with the field practice.The research results of this paper are of guiding significance for improving the liquid production profile and steam stimulation effect of KMK heavy oil reservoir in urgent need,and also provide a new stimulation method for other heavy oil reservoirs which are also in high steam stimulation order,and provide a new idea for analyzing the source of water produced from steam stimulation hot production Wells. |
