Cluster wellsite dynamic liquid level monitoring technology is widely used in oilfield development and production.Whether in oil production,oil testing or workover operation,the monitoring of dynamic liquid level in cluster wells is an important work,and it is an important guarantee for safe production and scientific production.During the exploration and development of oilfields,the continuous dynamic liquid level measurement and control system is beneficial to the accurate measurement of the dynamic liquid level in oil wells.It is helpful to analyze and interpret formation parameters and to grasp the production performance of oil wells.It also provides a technical basis for the formulation of the next working system of oil testing wells or production wells.From the point of view of developing digital oilfields,this paper analyses the limitations of the existing dynamic liquid level monitoring methods,and in view of the problems of simultaneous false liquid level and low feasibility in low permeability oilfields,it is concluded that in order to solve the existing problems,first of all,it is necessary to analyze and optimize the parameters and performance of key components such as air pumps and solenoid valves,pay attention to the resolution accuracy of acoustic signals,and implement monitoring.Technology.Investigate the commonly used hydrodynamic level monitoring instruments at home and abroad.The process of analysis and calculation is mainly based on Fourier transform.The complete digital platform including wellhead hardware products,embedded software of data acquisition equipment,upper computer monitoring and analysis software and echo arithmetic analysis software is studied,which greatly strengthens the digitality and intelligence of dynamic liquid level echo test,and lays a foundation for the intelligent oilfield construction of oil well production and development.Four wells were tested,and the accuracy of the device was verified by integrated testing device and manual testing.
