| Directional tool is one of the essential tools of coiled tubing directional drilling which plays an important role of adjusting screw tool face and controlling well track.In view of domestic research on coiled tubing drilling directional tool is still in the early stage,based on the structural principle of coiled tubing drilling bottom hole assembly,we put forward the scheme to adjust the tool face by controlling the inversion of PDM shell.According to the mechanism principle of hydraulic and screw-nut,the hydraulic and electronic reversal control sections are designed,the hydraulic section is manufactured and the related mechanical properties experiment is performed.Based on the research and development of matching tools for CTD tool assembly,the scheme of bottom hole assembly with hydraulic and electronic reversal control sections is proposed.The statics model of BHA is given,the mechanical properties of BHA is analyzed by using beam-column method.Then the examples are given to provide guidance for the installation position and parameters design of reversal control section.The overall structure of the hydraulic and electronic section are designed,the core parts of the section are calculated and the specific structure scheme is determined.In order to test the performance of the hydraulic section,the laboratory experiments are tested and the experimental results are analyzed.The results show that the reversal control scheme is feasible and the performance parameters of the section meet the expected. |
