People's daily life has long been inseparable from all kinds of packaging,with the gradual improvement of living standards,the requirements for packaging have long been changed from “existence " to “fineness",and gravure printing is widely used in Packaging industry due to its bright colors.In gravure printing,the ink pan,ink barrel and other relevant printing parts have the highest utilization and replacement frequency in printing,so they need to be cleaned in time for the next use.This requires the printing parts to have high washing efficiency during the washing process also should not cost too much.However,conventional washing methods generally have disadvantages such as low washing efficiency,high washing cost,and environmental pollution when washing the ink on the surface of the printing parts.Although the washing efficiency can be ensured by increasing the cost of labor and equipment in the washing stage,but cannot reduce the washing cost,environmental pollution also can't be avoided.Therefore,in order to solve the difficulties faced by current printing part washing,this subject analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of process improvement,and improves the washing process one by one,finally designed and manufactured a washing machine suitable for solvent-based printing parts.It not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional washing methods,but also provides new ideas for waste ink processing in printing factories.At present,the product designed in this project has been put into practical production and has won many praises.Washing the two sets of lightly contaminated printing parts takes an average of 15 minutes each time,and each distillation of a distillation machine takes only 4 hours to deal with dirty solvents or the amount of waste ink is as high as 350 kg.The research and achievements of this topic are now presented as follows:Start with the status of washing technology,washing equipment,and cleaning agent usage,combine the searched relevant documents and research results of printing factories to study the cleaning agents in six major aspects of flammability,washing efficiency,drying speed,environmental pollution,recycle potential,and the cost of the of the analysis of the current use of cleaning agents,finally selected printing solvents as the cleaning agents in this subject.By reviewing the relevant literature,several common washing processes were analyzed from the aspects of washing efficiency,ease of operation,environmental protection and safety,etc.Two methods of manual washing and ultrasonic washing were eliminated due to washing efficiency and environmental protection requirements,and eventually washing was performed.The process is locked in the spray washing and rinsing with solvent as the washing agent,also designed a treatment plan aimed at volatile organic compounds(VOCs)pollution.Based on the above research,a printing process for printing parts contaminated with ink was designed,and washing equipment was installed and put into using.In the design process,the balance between the amount of washing solvent and the distillation ability is fully considered,and the parameters that affect safety are monitored.In addition,the design uses pneumatic actuators as much as possible to prevent solvent gases from being ignited by electrical sparks to ensure safe and smooth operation of the equipment.Control requirements have been carefully analyzed for automatic operation of equipment,and design the logic control program and pneumatic control system of the equipment.In addition,during the operation of the washing machine and the distillation unit,a series of parameters need to be set to ensure the smooth running of the PLC automatic control program.After the equipment is installed,the equipment is carefully tuned up and the optimized parameters are fixed.During the actual use of the equipment,the operator can try to adjust the washing and distillation parameters based on the original parameters in order to adapt to the changes of different inks and solvent components.
