The energy problem is an important problem in modern times.In order to solve the energy problem,solar energy,wind energy,water energy and other clean energy are widely studied,but many restrictions make it impossible to widely and large-scale application.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,the trend of modern sensors being small and highly integrated is becoming more and more obvious,the application of a large number of sensors in the future makes the problem of energy supply more and more prominent.However,the triboelectric nanogenerator can use common fabric,wood,polymer and other materials to collect some mechanical energy that is usually ignored and convert it into electrical energy to provide power for various electronic equipment.At the same time,due to the high efficiency and stability of the triboelectric nanogenerator at low frequency,it also widely was used in self-driving sensors.Compared with other methods,its sensitive electrical signal and very low cost have unique advantages.The triboelectric nanogenerator is an international research hotspot in recent years.It is mainly composed of two friction layers and the electrodes on the back of the friction layer.It uses the interaction of friction electrification effect and electrostatic induction effect to produce electrical output,which provides a new way to solve the problem of new energy and the development of modern information technology.It has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and environmental protection.This topic mainly includes two works.Firstly,the triboelectric nanogenerator is combined with the blowing-assisted electrospinning,and the self-made roller triboelectric nanogenerator is used as the receiver and high-voltage power supply of the gas assisted electrospinning.The open circuit voltage,short circuit current and charge transfer capacity are 2600 v,78.7μA and 1.15μC,but in order to provide high voltage electric field for the blowing-assisted electrospinning system,a voltage-doubling rectifying circuit is connected at the output end of the roller triboelectric nanogenerator,and the open circuit voltage of the friction nano generator is increased to about 6250 v.At the same time,PVA,PEO and PAN nanofibers with excellent micro morphology were prepared by the blowing-assisted electrospinning system.The diameter of the fibers ranged from 500 nm to 1μm,These nanofibers were used as friction layers to prepare the triboelectric nanogenerator of vertical contact-separation mode for testing.The open circuit voltage,short circuit current and charge transfer capacity are52-59 v,5-7μA and 30-35 n C.The microstructure and electrical properties of nanofibersprove that the spinning system is feasible and has the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency.Secondly,the influence of the crystallinity of friction layer on the electrical performance of the triboelectric nanogenerator is studied.In this work,the polymer nanofiber film was prepared by electrospinning.The crystallinity of the film was changed by heat treatment at different temperatures after the film was pressed.Then the triboelectric nanogenerator of vertical contact-separation mode was made and its the electrical performance was tested.Modern analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the polymer nanofiber films.In order to discuss this rule,nanofiber films of POM,PAN and PVA were used as friction layers.When POM was used as friction layer,the open circuit voltage,short-circuit current and charge transfer capacity of the contact-sliding triboelectric nanogenerator were 33-59 V,4-7μA and 15-25 n C.When PAN was used as friction layer,the open circuit voltage,short-circuit current and charge transfer capacity ofthe contact-sliding triboelectric nanogenerator were 33-59 V,4-7μA and15-25 n C.When PAN was used as friction layer,the open circuit voltage,short-circuit current and charge transfer capacity of the contact-sliding triboelectric nanogenerator were33-59 V,4-7μA and 15-25 n C.And because the polymer film after heat treatment at different temperatures has obvious crystallinity changes,it can be found from the comparison of the results that the electrical properties of the triboelectric nanogenerator made from the polymer film increase as the crystallinity of the polymer film becomes larger.
