With the infrastructure construction is striding forward,and waste construction waste is increasing day by day.General Office of the State Council [2013] No.1 notice of the general office of the State Council on transmitting the green building action plan of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of the development and Reform Commission,it is clear that we should accelerate the research and development of construction waste recycling technology,prepare technical standards for comprehensive utilization of construction waste,and carry out the reuse of construction waste resources.Brick and concrete buildings,which account for a high proportion of waste construction waste,are abandoned,and the amount of waste is still high.However,the low strength and poor durability of the material still hinder its full reuse.This paper puts forward a negative pressure grouting technology,designs a vacuum grouting equipment,and analyzes the performance change law of brick concrete particles by adjusting various process parameters,so as to determine the range of technical control parameters in large-scale production to ensure the strengthening effect and green recycling of brick concrete construction waste materials.The results show that the best index of negative pressure is-70 kpa,the best index of negative pressure time is 11.5min,the best index of negative pressure temperature is53 ?,and the best index of mixing method is secondary mixing.Innovation point of this article is to analyze brick excessive interface area status,type of recycled aggregate red brick building pore and micro red brick intensity of qualitative and quantitative relation,enhance strength.The mechanical properties of the specimens were analyzed by using the recycled aggregate to stabilize the recycled aggregate,so as to determine the optimal strengthening control index and meet the relevant requirements of the road base.Research the best brick types of recycled aggregates reinforcement scheme at the same time,work out the corresponding strengthening equipment version 1.0,is used to actually strengthen the work.There are also shortcomings in the research content of this paper.In the future research,the negative pressure strength range can be improved in the process of strengthening the recycled aggregate of brick mixture.As far as possible,more rigorous negative pressure equipment should be used to test the vacuum degree of higher strength without damaging the red brick structure.With the help of large-scale CT scanner and electronmicroscope,the cylindrical specimen can be observed and observed on the whole.It is believed that there will be more breakthroughs in the experiment.Strengthen equipment also need to perfect,have been created by as much as possible close to the actual engineering needs to improve.
