We mainly focus on the "green reaction process" as the core in this article.Based on a three-component Ugi reaction catalyzed by a green,highly efficient and recyclable metal-organic framework material,a series of ?-aminoamides,isoindolinones and multi-substituted azole derivatives were prepared by one-pot green method,which achieved high yield and low consumption;On the basis of this research,the Csp2-H hydroxylation reaction was realized by using the nano-loaded material CuOx/OMS-2 as catalyst,and the phenyloxypyrimidine derivatives were synthesized by this strategy;Along with this,the C-O cross-coupling reaction between phenol and aryl halides promoted by visible light was successfully reported,which is another step forward in the green reaction process.The details are as follows:1.The development of catalytic Ugi three-component reaction and the partial application of MOF catalyst to catalyze organic reactions in recent years are reviewed.2.?-aminoamide is an important structural segment for the construction of biologically active compounds,natural products and drugs.In this paper,we prepared 14 cases of ?-aminoamides 2-4 by with isonitrile under the catalysis MOF-Cu metal-organic framework materials using simple and easily available aldehydes and amines as raw materials,and all of them were characterized and analyzed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The specific synthesis route is as follows:3.As a common and important structure unit containing nitrogen heterocyclic ring,isoindolinone has broad potential medicinal value.Here,we applied a new metal-organic framework catalyst,by catalyzing the Ugi three-component reaction of methyl 2-aldehyde benzoate,amine compounds and isonitrile,24 cases Isoindolinone derivatives 3-4 were constructed in a one-pot method at room temperature,and analyzed and verified by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The specific synthetic route is as follows:4.Because of its important value in the field of drugs and biological activities,it is very important to study its simple,efficient and green synthetic methods.We present in this chapter synthesis 2,3-bis-substituted 2H-azole-3-formamide compound 4-3 using metal organic framework materials catalyzed Ugi three-component tandem/carbene insertion reaction in "one-pot method",All compounds synthesized in the system were characterized and analyzed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The synthetic route is as follows:5.Phenoxypyrimidine derivatives have very broad application prospects due to their unique chemical and physical properties.In this chapter,we reported a green,non-polluting and economical synthesis method.A series of pyrimidine derivatives 5-3 were synthesized in green and high efficiency using the designed nano-supported material CuOx/OMS-2 as catalyst and the cheap and readily available arylthiol compounds and 2-bromiodobenzene derivatives as raw materials,the structure of all target compounds 5-3 was characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The synthetic route is as follows:6.The visible light-induced reaction has attracted much attention in the field of synthesis because of its higher efficiency and milder reaction conditions.In this chapter,we report the visible light and thermally induced C-O cross coupling reaction between phenol and aryl halides.This reaction strategy does not require transition metals,photo-redox catalysts and ligands,it can be done only in the presence of light and heat,in addition,35 cases of diaryl ether compounds 6-3 were efficiently synthesized by the"one-pot method" of strategy,and passed the structural analysis and characterization tests of 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The synthetic route is as follows:...
