Organic silicon chemicals and materials play an increasingly important role in our life,which can be used in aerospace,electricaland electronic industry,construction,textile,medical,etc..The hydrosilylation is one of the most typical,efficient and important methods for synthesis of a number of organosilicon chemicals and materials.So far,precious metal catalysis is the most important method for hydrosilylation reactions.However,precious metals have the disadvantage of being expensive and unrecoverable.Researchers are gradually exploring other catalytic methods such as the non-precious metals catalysis and the photocatalysis to replace the classical previous metal catalysts.Among them,non-precious metals such as Fe,Co,Ni,etc.are abundence in content,cheap,and have the characteristics of high activity and selectivity for catalytic hydrosilylation.The photocatalytic hydrosilylation is safe,green,environmentally friendly,and has good substrate adaptability.Based on previous studies,this thesis has two parts:(1)nitrogen ligands and cobalt complexes are synthesized,and their structures are determined by NMR,mass spectrometry,and single crystal diffractometer characterization methods.All ligands can be synthesized by one-pot method,meanwhile the raw materials are easily available and the synthesis procedure is easy to operate.The non-precious metal complexes were used to catalyze the hydrosilylation reaction of olefins,the influence of different reaction conditions on the catalytic performance and the optimal reaction conditions have been investigated.In the hydrosilylaiton of linear olefins as well as benzene ethylene and functionalized olefins,high conversion rates were attained by using 0.1 mol% dose of the catalyst at 60 °C for 3 hours..The results suggest the potential application value in industry.(2)In the presence of light,the effects of different photoinitiators on the hydrosilylation reaction were investigated.It was found that the free radical type photoinitiator Irgacure 2959 had a better effect on the hydrosilylation reaction,using 3 mol% photoinitiator Irgacure 2959,the higher conversion rates can be obtained both in the hydrosilylation of some internal and terminal olefins.
