In the low temperature environment,the normal alkanes with high melting point in diesel oil are easy to crystallize and separate out,which leads to the blockage of oil pipeline and filter screen of diesel engine,which leads to the engine flameout and seriously affects its normal low temperature operation.In order to improve the clod flow properties of diesel fuel,maleic anhydride-methyl benzyl acrylate copolymer(MA-MB)were synthesized and modified with long-chain fatty amine and long-chain fatty alcohol(RNH2 and ROH,R=C14,C16,C18)to obtain a series of aminated copolymers RiMA-MB(R1=N14,N16,N18)and esterified copolymers R2MA-MB(R2=C14,C16,C18).These copolymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),and the oil affinity and oil solubility were studied by the static contact angle.In this thesis,the sample diesel is used as the target oil,and the condensation point(SP)and cold filter point(CFPP)are used as the performance evaluation indicators of the above polymers as diesel pour point depressants(PPDs).The effect of benzyl ester binary copolymer and its modified polymer on the clod flow properties of diesel fuel was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry,rheological analysis and polarizing microscope.Results indicate that:(1)Esterification modified copolymer has better inhibitory effect on condensation point(SP)and cold filter point(CFPP)than amination modified copolymer,and can interact with more wax crystals.(2)Among them,when the dosage is 500 ppm,C14MA-MB has the greatest impact on SP and CFPP,which can be reduced by 24? and 8? respectively.(3)C14MA-MB changes the crystal behavior by changing the crystal growth direction,inhibiting crystal accumulation,and delaying the formation of large crystals,thus improving the cold flow performance of diesel fuel.Therefore,the synthesized modified copolymer is a high-efficiency pour point depressant for diesel fuel.
