Research On The Application Of Wireless Sensor Technology In The Safety Of Dangerous Chemicals Warehousing System

Hazardous chemicals have special physical,chemical or biological characteristics,and are easy to cause safety accidents such as combustion,explosion and poisoning in production,storage and transportation.The storage of hazardous chemicals is an important stage in the whole process management of hazardous chemicals.The storage safety management of hazardous chemicals is completely different from the general storage management.Once the safety design of the warehouse is wrong,the accident damage will be immeasurable.Traditional hazardous chemicals storage management mainly relies on manual inspection,which is of high labor cost and poor timeliness.With the rapid development of Internet of things and communication technology,modern factories and enterprises have speeded up the construction of data collection platforms and put forward higher requirements for security monitoring and processing.Existing warehouses and factories transmit data through wires and cables,which take up too much land,cost too much,and wires are easy to age.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to design and implement a real-time storage safety monitoring system for chemicals in the warehouse by networking several wireless sensor nodes.With the rf MCU CC2530 chip as the core hardware,the network is set up through ZigBee protocol.Various parameters,such as temperature and humidity,methane gas concentration,are sensed and collected by the sensor,and these information is transmitted to the monitoring terminal in real time through wireless means.If there is a security problem in the warehouse,the staff can be prompted by the alarm.The staff can deal with all kinds of accidents in time by remote operation only.This paper designs and implements a wireless multi-node warehouse security monitoring system with flexible configuration,high stability,safety and reliability.The upper computer display interface is realized by Microsoft Visual Studio software platform programming.Through the safety design of hazardous chemical warehouse,the safety level of hazardous chemical warehouse can be effectively improved,which can guarantee the safe storage of hazardous chemical.
