With the development of technology and the improvement of living standards,people’s demand for skin care products has also increased.The requirements for skin care products,in addition to basic moisturizing,have more and more requirements for efficacy.Soy isoflavones are a natural phytoestrogens with a structure similar to the active groups of mammalian estrogen.They have estrogen-like activity,have anti-free radicals,anti-skin aging and promote collagen and elastin synthesis.Due to its good efficacy and low side effects,it has attracted widespread attention from scholars.But its poor solubility and low solubility limit its application in cosmetics.Liposomes have better compatibility with the skin due to their structural structure similar to the structure of biofilms,which can enhance the active substance in the stratum corneum.Permeability and low irritancy,becoming the new favorite in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.The liposomes are entrapped carriers of soy isoflavones,and the prepared soybean isoflavone liposomes can be uniformly dispersed in the water system,thereby solving the problem that soybean isoflavones are difficult to be applied in cosmetics.In this paper,lecithin and cholesterol were used as wall materials,soy isoflavones as core materials,soy isoflavone liposomes were prepared by mechanical emulsification method,and the core-wall ratio,cholesterol to lecithin mass ratio,emulsifier dosage,emulsification temperature and solid were investigated.The effect of liquid oil quality ratio on the embedding efficiency,embedding rate and particle size of soybean isoflavone liposomes was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal conditions were as follows: Core wall ratio 1:8,emulsifier dosage 1.0%,emulsification temperature 60 ° C,solid-liquid grease mass ratio 4:5;The entrapment efficiency of soybean isoflavone liposomes prepared under optimal conditions was46.25%,the embedding rate was 0.1244%,the average particle size was 272.6 nm,and the particle size was relatively uniform.Soy isoflavone liposomes were subjected to in vitro transdermal diffusion test in vivo stratum corneum adhesion test and in vitro slow-release test,and the results showed that it had good transdermal diffusion permeation effect and slow release effect.
