Research On Safe Mining And Monitoring Of Coal Pillar In Coal Mine Industrial Square

After nearly 40 years of mining,Jinggezhuang mine in Kailuan has almost exhausted its coal resources except for the coal pillar in the industrial square.At the end of mine production,on the basis of ensuring the safe use of the main buildings,shafts and important equipment and facilities on the ground in the future.The research on coal mining under pressure in shafts and industrial square pillars will be given priority.Therefore,it is very important to study the safe mining and monitoring of coal pillars in Jinggezhuang coal mine industrial square.Based on the full analysis of the actual situation of Jinggezhuang mine,through the theoretical research on two mining technologies of strip mining and filling mining,according to the prescribed mining design principles,phased selective full mining scheme and strip mining scheme are drawn up,and through comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and economic benefits of the two schemes,the phased selective full mining scheme for No.9 coal seam and No.12-2 coal seam is finally determined.At the same time,the probability integration method and the mining subsidence analysis system are adopted to analyze the mining influence of surface buildings,the extreme value of surface movement deformation and the influence damage grade according to the determined scheme,and the surface main shaft and auxiliary shaft are monitored.The results show that the subsidence and horizontal displacement of the main shaft are higher than those of the auxiliary shaft respectively.The mining of the industrial plaza has a great influence on the mining of the main shaft.The main shaft is still in an active period and surface subsidence will continue to increase.With the observation results,appropriate protective measures are taken to ensure the safe and orderly operation of all production systems in mine.On the premise of the stability of the mine,the full recovery of pressed coal is realized,the overall recovery rate of coal resources is improved,and the economic benefits of enterprises are expanded.It provides technological reference for the efficient recovery of resources in similar mines,which has important practical significance and certain theoretical value.Figure 28;Table 29;Reference 55...
