Abstract/Summary:
In order to solve the practical problems such as the pollution of the surrounding environment and the difficulty of recovery caused by the dust spilled in the process of CDQ production,through the innovative design of equipment and the application of PDCA cycle method,the environment around the coking plant was effectively controlled,The emission targets of regions and countries have been achieved.The desulfurization and dedusting technology of CDQ charging device,discharging device and normally released gas were studied.In the process of coke charging,the elevator lifts the coke tank and puts the red coke into the dry quenching tank,there is smoke at the seal of coke can cover and coke can、there is smoke around the coke tank、there is smoke at the seal of the chute and skirt cover of the loading device、the actual pressure value of furnace mouth changes with the process of coke charging,resulting in dust overflow and other problems.By adding mobile sealing plate and other devices to the mobile dust collection pipeline,the effect of dust recovery without overflow is realized;The mobile seal cover was improved by adding seal cover body,cover rib plate,rib plate connecting plate,fire-resistant filler and water absorption joint,and the original guide rod was canceled,and the service life of the mobile seal cover was extended by 10 times,the problem of dust overflow caused by the deformation of mobile seal cover is solved.Innovative design of a chute top sealing device,the device is fixed on the top of the chute,the notch on the top of the chute is connected with the coke tank,the sealing device at the top of the chute is arranged around the notch on the top of the chute,it can effectively prevent the smoke and dust from the connection from spreading to the surrounding environment,It has good practicability.After the above transformation,Mean value of dust content of discharged gas in each coking process,From 202 mg/m3 to 31.6 mg/m3.Based on PDCA cycle method,equipment structure of dedusting for cold coke removal device,grasp the current situation,goal setting,cause analysis,plan implementation and summary analysis,combine the theoretical knowledge of cold coke removal device with the actual production,To reduce the emission of dust and carbon monoxide overflow,Improving the surrounding environment.the average dust content in the working environment of the discharge device decreased from 21.5 mg/m3 to 3.2 mg/ m3,the average content of CO decreased from 20 ppm to 10 ppm.The average dust content in the working environment of the belt corridor decreased from 30.2 mg/m3 to 2.53 mg/m3.The components and pollutants of the gas emitted from CDQ are analyzed.Two kinds of processes for treating the gas often emitted from CDQ are put forward,one is desulfurization before dust removal,the other is desulfurization after dust removal.A detailed comparison between the two processes is made,the desulfurization effect is good after dedusting,but the process is complex,there are many parts to be controlled and the operation is difficult,suitable for small-sized CDQ.Desulfurization before dust removal has the advantages of simple process,the less equipment,the less investment and convenient operation,Suitable for all CDQ.The application of desulfurization technology before dust removal is described in detail,The content of sulfide in the normally released gas decreased from 368 mg/m3 to 62 mg/m3.Figure 43;Table 19;Reference 50...
