The roll-bearing system is a crucial part of the rolling mill whose vibration would affects the quality of the product directly.When rolling material is deformed by two-roll mill during rolling process,the roll-bearing system would show special motion and dynamic performance due to the effect of rolling parameters.In this paper,the two-roll mill test bench is chosen as the research object,Taking the two-high test mill as the research object,this paper explores the behavior response of roll-bearing system after rolling materials of different sizes,changing rolling speed and pressure drop and other rolling parameters.The main content includes three parts.(1)The dynamic models and dynamic equations of the roll-bearing system were established which include: vertical and horizontal vibration dynamic model and dynamic equations of roll-bearing system,roll-bearing system dynamic model and dynamic equations of vertical and horizontal coupling vibration,and roll-bearing coupling dynamic system model and dynamic equations considering the influence of hysteretic nonlinear elastic-plastic deformation,The dynamic model and equation of roll-bearing system were simulated by MATLAB,and the dynamic response curve of the system was obtained.(2)The rolling parameters,such as specimen size,press quantity,rolling speed,etc.were changed before the rolling experiment which was conduct both with and without rolling specimen involved,the acceleration sensors were used to measure the horizontal and vertical vibration characteristics of the bearing,and the vortex displacement sensors were used to measure the displacement of the rolling shaft in horizontal and vertical direction and synthesize the axis trajectory.The vibration response curve of the test results and the simulation results were drawn with the same volume,the simulation data was compared with the experimental data to justify the accuracy of the simulation results,and the sensitivity law of the roll-bearing system to the change of the rolling process parameters was obtained,which could support the optimization of the new mill design and the rolling process.(3)The three-dimension solid model of the roll-bearing system was established by using 3D modeling software,then imported it into the ADAMS software to establish the dynamic simulation model of the roll-bearing system.The rolling force data and bite-in status of the specimen were used as input condition to conduct the dynamic simulation of the roll-bearing system,and the three-layer composite laminate with different component elastic modulus and density was established for rolling simulation.The vibration response of the roll-bearing system under different rollingparameters was obtained eventually.The results show that the rolling parameters,such as rolling speed,rolling material size parameters,and rolling volume,affect the vibration amplitude of the roll-bearing system.
