| With the further cooperation and development between China and ADB,ADB has provided a lot of financial support for China’s economic construction and social development.As of December 31,2013,ADB’s loans to China totaled US $ 33.494 billion.Because China’s economic construction and social development are profoundly affected by ADB loans,the performance evaluation of ADB loan projects under construction is conducive to promoting the development of China’s project management industry and improving the performance management of Chinese management departments.It is also conducive to promoting further cooperation and development between China and ADB.By conducting performance evaluation research on ADB loan projects under construction,it can not only provide a new research perspective for ADB loan projects,but also provide guidance for ADB loan projects to enhance performance management.This article is mainly divided into two parts in structure: The first part is the theoretical research part,mainly by studying the development status of ADB loan projects and analyzing and sorting out related literature,comprehensively elaborating the relevant theories of performance evaluation of ADB loan projects under construction And methods.The second part is an example application part.Based on the gray analytic hierarchy process,an empirical study is carried out in conjunction with the ADB loan under construction project(project E is taken as an example).A comprehensive and detailed analysis of the construction of the performance evaluation model of projects under construction in loans was conducted.The characteristic of this article is that,on the basis of analyzing the relevant concepts and theories of ADB loan projects under construction,it is proposed how to combine the gray system theory with ADB loan projects under construction,and based on specific cases,The performance evaluation system design and performance evaluation model construction are detailed and profoundly elaborated and analyzed. |
