In order to meet the people’s political aspirations for the desire for a better life,to promote the high-quality development of Zhejiang,the mission of the times,and to lead Zhejiang’s social governance innovation to the forefront of reform requirements,Zhejiang Province launched the future community pilot construction in April 2019 As an important part of the future community,the quality of the water environment is a key factor for the healthy and sustainable development of the future community.However,there is no indicator system for the comprehensive evaluation of the future community water environment in Zhejiang Province,and relevant research is urgently needed.To provide theoretical guidance and suggestions for the construction of future communities in Zhejiang Province.This paper collects and analyzes the data of the evaluation index system of urban water environment in advanced countries such as the United States,Japan,Australia and the United Kingdom,selects the evaluation indicators and evaluation standards related to the future community,and summarizes the quality evaluation of urban water environment,urban water environment The contents of each evaluation system including facility evaluation and urban water environment management evaluation,and a profound analysis of the future community water environment connotation,while following the principle of index selection,a comprehensive evaluation system for the future community water environment of Zhejiang Province was constructed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive evaluation system for the future water environment of Zhejiang Province constructed includes six criteria layers including water environment quality,hydrology and hydrodynamics,water landscape,water ecological protection,aquatic life,and public satisfaction,including surface water quality and river bottom 14 index layers including mud pollution index and flood control capacity,etc.,and the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation standard of the index is determined in conjunction with relevant research and planning.(2)The selection of the future community of the Asian Games Village in Hangzhou as the evaluation object proves the scientificity,feasibility and practicality of the evaluation system constructed.The main results of the evaluation are: the final score of the future community of the Asian Games Village in Hangzhou is 83.8 points,and the overall water environment is better.Among them,the lower evaluation scores are related indicators such as aquatic organisms and water area ratio,and the reasons for the lower scores of related aquatic organisms.It is because the Pioneer River has just gone through a series of ecological management and has not yet formed a new ecosystem.The low score of the water area ratio index is because the future community of the Asian Games Village is still in the construction stage,many water systems are not connected and some rivers are blocked.(3)According to the evaluation results of the future community of the Asian Games Village,the countermeasures and suggestions of the future community water environment improvement and management in Zhejiang Province are proposed,including: accelerating the implementation of the water diversion project,accelerating the improvement of aquatic biodiversity,continuing to deepen the work of sewage interception and management,and regularly carrying out Dredging work,the introduction of sponge concepts for future community water environment management,carrying out long-term management of community rivers and sponge cities,increasing water quality monitoring,guiding community residents to participate in water environment management,building ecological slope protection projects,establishing Internet + water environment information Platform etc.
