As an unconventional clean energy source,coalbed methane is mainly distributed in the central and western regions of China and has huge reserves.During the process of coalbed methane drainage,the discharge equipment(three pumping and screw pump)has frequent failures,which seriously affects the economic benefits.In order to solve this problem,the article puts forward the expert system for fault diagnosis of coalbed methane drainage equipment.The research on the expert system of coalbed methane drainage fault diagnosis is carried out from the following three aspects: fault analysis of coalbed methane drainage equipment,database design,and inference engine model design.Firstly,the faults of coalbed methane drainage equipment are analyzed: the faults of three pumping and drainage equipment,the failure of screw pump drainage equipment,the fault characteristics of other types of drainage equipment are analyzed,and the fault parameters corresponding to various faults are extracted.Secondly,the design fault parameters are corresponding.Database: Through the analysis of fault data and its characteristics,the database is designed by using two-dimensional database table.Access analyzes the relationship between database tables,uses Python programming language to call the database and optimizes the database structure for the problems generated by the database calling process.Then design the inference engine: Demonstrate why the mathematical model is designed by fuzzy mathematics,then use fuzzy mathematics to analyze the fault of coalbed methane drainage equipment,establish the mathematical model under each fault,and use the flow chart to mathematical model.The solution process is analyzed in detail,and the Python program code corresponding to the flowchart is designed.Finally,the three modules of the whole system are designed by using the programming language Python,and the core code of the three modules is displayed,and the corresponding field data is combined.Going to the core code of the backend Verification proves the effectiveness of the core code.This paper provides a new way of thinking for the fault diagnosis of coalbed methane drainage equipment by studying the fault diagnosis expert system of coalbed methane drainage equipment.It finds faults efficiently and quickly,and solves the faults greatly improves the economic benefits of coalbed methane production.
