Heavy oil processing wastewater produced in petroleum refining process has great influence on ecological environment.The types and quantities of dissolved organic matter?DOM?in heavy oil processing wastewater are the key to determine the wastewater treatment process.In this paper,based on the Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry?FT-ICR MS?,the DOM of different point source water in liaohe petrochemical was analyzed at the molecular level,and the DOM composition characteristics of different point source water were studied.The research content of this paper is as follows:In this paper,the molecular composition of three kinds of electric desalting wastewater,water from tower top of two distillation units and water from two viscous reduction units in heavy oil processing of liaohe petrochemical company were analyzed.CHO compounds dominate the relative abundance of compounds in seven sewage samples,and CHON,CHOS and CHONS compounds can be identified in all point source water.O2 in point source water is mainly composed of two-and three-ring naphthenic acid compounds,fatty acid compounds and binary naphthol.The electrodesalting wastewater contains alkylbenzene sulfonates which may be the source of ionic surfactants.Of liaohe petrochemical refining mixing oil and the oil water two different kinds of oil in stripping unit the DOM in quantitative and qualitative analysis compared with Russian oil stripping water purification,mixed oil stripping higher content of phenolic substances in water purification,more complex,the DOM elements of high content of nitrogen and sulfur compounds,O2 class material is mainly the second and third ring naphthenic acid compounds,these differences increases the mixed oil steam water quality fluctuation in the water lead to subsequent sewage treatment.Qualitative and quantitative data of DOM molecular composition provide key basic data for sewage treatment process.The outlet water of the venting tower in the coking unit of liaohe petrochemical company was heavily emulsified.DOM molecular composition analysis was conducted on the outlet water and raw water of the venting tower and the separated components,as well as separation and analysis of interface materials in the organic phase and water phase after separation and enrichment.The physical properties of the organic phase extracted from the blow-down tower with large steam blowing and small feed water are inclined to asphaltenes,and the distribution range of saturated hydrocarbon carbon number in the organic phase is C15-C31.The types of aromatic hydrocarbons include naphthalene,phenanthrene,pyrene and pyrene,etc.Polar compounds are mainly acidic oxygen-containing compounds,and such substances are mainly concentrated in asphaltenes during the four-component separation process.To venting tower water interface in the organic phase and water phase material separation and enrichment,organic phase interface material mainly enriched in distillate 1,the enrichment of water phase interface material is preferred in fraction 2,its main composition is strongly polar substances,such as oxygen compounds and nitride abound of this kind of strong polar material may be the cause of sewage serious emulsification.
