| Ginger is a perennial herb which has a long history of cultivation and has been growing all over the world.Ginger contains high content of protein,fat,dietary fiber,and vitamins,especially the gingerol and diphenylheptane compounds have a strong effect of antioxidant and free radical scavenging,which could whet appetite and improve digestion,promoting blood circulation and detoxification.Ginger oil is a kind of faint yellow liquid oil component extracted from ginger and has antibacterial and antioxidant functions.Ginger is currently mainly used in the field of condiments.The application route is single,and it is urgent to develop a high value-added and deep-machined route.In this paper,the ginger oil in ginger was purified extracted from commercially available ginger,ethanol as the extractant,ultrasonic method,and purified an extraction process.The antioxidant properties of ginger oil-chitosan composite membrane which uses chitosan as the film-forming substance to prepare ginger oil-chitosan composite membrane have also been researched in this paper.The research route is meaningful for the development of refined ginger and high value-added products.The main research results of this article are as follows:1.Using ginger oil yield as the experimental index,single factor test and response surface optimization design were carried out by the ultrasonic extraction method.The final optimal extraction conditions of the ultrasonic method were ethanol volume fraction 75%,ultrasonic power 285 W,ultrasonic time it is 33 min and the material-liquid ratio is 1:20(g/m L).Under this condition,the yield of ginger oil can reach 7.83%.2.The single-factor test determined the optimal purification conditions for ginger oil: macroporous resin type selection AB-8 type,the p H value of the sample solution was 5,the concentration of the sample solution was 2.5 mg/m L,the flow rate of the sample solution is 1.5 m L/min,the volume fraction of the eluent ethanol is 75%,the elution flow rate is 1.5 m L/min,the volume of the eluent ethanol is 200 m L,and the ginger purified by this optimal condition the oil purity is 80.35%.The purified ginger oil was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.The results showed that the main component of the product ginger oil was 6-gingerol,the content was 5.23mg/m L.3.The purified ginger oil and chitosan are mixed to prepare a ginger oil-chitosan mixed solution,which is used to remove DPPH free radicals,hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anions freely with chitosan solution and Vc solution.Based on the test,compare the differences in antioxidant levels of the above three.The results show that the Vc solution has a significant ability to scavenge free radicals,followed by the ginger oil-chitosan solution,the chitosan solution is weak in the ability to scavenge free radicals.It fully shows that the ginger oil-chitosan mixture has strong antioxidant capacity.4.The ginger oil-chitosan composite membrane can be analyzed by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric analysis.The color of the composite membrane is light yellow,the surface is slightly rough,and there isn’t obvious bond forming inside the thermal stability of the composite membrane is better.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite membrane are slightly lower than that of the chitosan film,and the overall film forming property of the composite membrane is better. |
