The performance requirements of the belt conveyor are roughly divided into four aspects: long distance,large capacity,low cost and low noise.The performance parameters of the belt conveyor are closely related to the rollers,and their running resistance,noise during operation,and vibration of the belt are all closely related to the rollers.However,the majority of domestic coal mines use domestic and imported idlers,which generally have insufficient life and premature failure,which has caused great waste to enterprises.Therefore,the research and development of new material high-performance idlers is one of the keys to designing long-distance belt conveyors.The supporting roller studied in this thesis will use polyurethane as the material of the roller and the bearing housing,and adopt the one-time molding method of the roller body and the bearing housing.First of all,through the "GB / T990-1991 Belt Conveyor Roller Basic Parameters and Dimensions" manual and national standards,make a preliminary design and selection of the structure of the roller,and use ansys software to carry out the use of polyurethane rollers and bearing seats Static simulation,observe whether the maximum stress and strength are within the allowable range of the material itself,and its strain danger zone,and compare the quality,strength and deformation with the metal rollers that are commonly used now;then use ansys to compare the rollers Carry out dynamic modal analysis as a whole to obtain the self-vibration mode of the idler,analyze the impact on the conveyor belt vibration and improve the method;use Recurdyn to establish a belt conveyor simulation model,and theoretically analyze the start-up characteristics of the whole machine;The minimum consumption is the goal of optimizing the distance between the rollers.The above research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the roller structure,quality,and vibration.
