The Application Of Traditional Bamboo Pattern In 3D Printing Products

As a new manufacturing method,3D printing technology has been rapidly developed and applied in all walks of life.It has subverted the traditional production mode of equal material and reduced material manufacturing,become an important production mode of future product manufacturing development,and will certainly bring new changes to China's manufacturing industry.As an important core of "intelligent manufacturing",how to enrich the art form of3 D printing products is also an important research topic in the art field.Breaking through the traditional thinking,making the design imagination unlimited,drawing inspiration from the traditional technology,creating more product art forms,is an important way of product innovation.As the treasure of Chinese traditional culture,traditional bamboo weaving is the precious intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese nation,which has unique aesthetic meaning and cultural value.As the external manifestation of bamboo weaving art,bamboo weaving style is the spiritual grain and visual treasure of modern design.Integrating the traditional bamboo pattern into the product design based on 3D printing technology can not only enrich the product form of 3D printing,but also enable the inheritance and development of China's excellent traditional and artistic values,and effectively enrich the theory and design application methods of product design,which is the research purpose of this subject.In this paper,the traditional art form of bamboo weaving as a starting point.In terms of research methods,the combination of theory and practice is adopted,and the combination of literature analysis,comparative analysis,practical research and comprehensive research is adopted.First of all,through the collection,arrangement and analysis of the traditional bamboo style literature,we can obtain the basic understanding and research materials of the artistic effect and various aspects of the value of the traditional bamboo style.Secondly,we systematically study the 3D printing technology from the aspects of technology,materials and forming methods.On this basis,the traditional bamboo pattern and 3D printing technology are combined for experimental research,and the research results are compared with the traditional production mode and art form for comprehensive analysis,so as to understand and explore the logical relationship of the formation of new product art form changes under 3D printing technology.In this paper,through the combination of the artistry of traditional bamboo weaving style and the technicality of 3D printing,we can excavate the bamboo weaving style and integrate the traditional bamboo weaving into the new display mode,which will help us to understand and explore the new product art form.At the same time,it effectively complements the 3D printing product modeling materials and forms a new product form style,which is of guidance and reference significance for enriching the 3D printing product form.
