Marine biofouling is formed by the adhesion,growth and accumulation of marine organisms on submerged equipment surfaces.It brings a number of problems to human’s exploration and utilization of marine resources.Nowadays,antifouling becomes an urgent problem.Silicone low surface energy antifouling coatings have been used in combating biofouling because of the easy removal of settled organisms.Studies have shown that addition of lubricant can further improve the antifouling performance of silicon low surface energy coating.In this thesis,We designed a lubricant-injected silicone low surface energy marine antifouling coating containing porous material.Addition of porous materials to the lubricant-injected silicone low surface energy marine antifouling coating,The special pore structure of the porous material is used to controlled the release of the lubricant learn from the principle of porous materials as drug release carriers,which further realizes the controllability of the antifouling performance of the antifouling coating.This thesis studies the effect of porous materials controlled release the lubricants by adding SBA-15,MCM-41 and PSD to the lubricant-injected silicone low surface energy marine antifouling coating.The results show that the release rate of silicone oil was delayed by adding SBA-15,MCM-41 and PSD.Among them,MCM-41 had better effect of delayed release to the medium viscosity methyl silicone oil,PSD showed better delayed release effect on high viscosity methyl silicone oil.In addition,The proprieties of the effect of materials on organic silicon coatings were characterized by measuring the contact angle of the droplet water on the surface of the coating,surface energy,modulus of elasticity,resistance to tensile deformation,adhesion to substrate,hardness,resistance of protein and diatom.The results show that the performance of surface and anti-fouling of the coating have no adverse effect by adding porous material,which still shows excellent fouling release performance.The properties of mechanical have been improved to varying degrees.
