In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s highway transportation industry,the "three super" problems have become increasingly serious.Among them,the overdoing behavior of road traffic vehicles is the most harmful.Many heavy traffic accidents are caused by drivers overloading with illegal and overcrowding.Aiming at the characteristics of the vehicle overcrowding problem,this paper proposes a vehicle overcrowding recognition analysis model based on the vehicle and passenger cell phone positioning and other related data to determine whether there is a vehicle overcrowding problem.The main research contents are as follows:The vehicle and passenger mobile phone positioning and other related data were effectively combined,and the vehicle overcrowding analysis model was established through the trajectory matching model and the call fingerprint recognition model to determine whether the driving vehicle was overcrowded.First,the vehicle dynamic positioning data and the spatiotemporal trajectory data of mobile phone positioning need to be pre-processed;Secondly,a trajectory similarity matching model was established based on the improved Hausdorff distance metric function,the spatial-temporal trajectory structural metric of the trajectory shape distance,and the similarity metric of the motion state,to obtain the number of mobile phones that match the target vehicle trajectory;Then,the same passenger identification and analysis model was established by mining the interaction circle,call characteristics,short message characteristics,and location characteristics of the mobile phone users that matched the target vehicle to perform multi-dimensional analysis to obtain the number of passengers determined by the number of mobile phones;Finally,a comparison and analysis of the judgment results based on the above two models with the target vehicle information was performed to determine whether the target vehicle has a problem of overcrowding.The vehicle overcrowding analysis model proposed in this article will provide a new auxiliary monitoring method for the traffic department to monitor the existence of overcrowding problems in driving vehicles.This method can provide a certain reference for road safety monitoring and management,and it can also prevent and reduce road traffic accidents Occurrence has a certain auxiliary significance.
