The solid electrolyte type NO2 sensor can monitor the dynamic change of NO2 in high temperature environment in real time because of good stability and high sensitivity,so it has a great prospect in practical application.In order to improve the selection,response and antiinterference performance of NO2 sensor,researchers focus on the design and modification of sensing materials,such as single metal oxides,perovskite and spinel oxides.The impedance NO2 sensor consists of solid electrolyte with La10Si5.5Al0.5O26.75?LSAO?and sensing electrode with nanostructured CuO sensing electrode prepared by the impregnation technique,The sensitivity of which was studied by different parameters real part,imaginary part,modulus and phase angle response signal at 650?800 ?.Results showed that the imaginary part and phase angle have high sensitivity,short responserecovery time and good stability.And that sensor has good anti-interference ability to CO2,CH4 and NO gas.The sensor consists of solid electrolyte with ZrO2?YSZ?which was stabled with 8 mol%Y2O3 and sensing electrode with three different types of oxides,CuO,CuCr2O4 and La0.75Sr0.25 Co O3-? which were prepared by the impregnation technique.Results showed that the change of oxygen concentration has little effect on the sensitive performance of sensor which with CuO and LSCo O as sensing electrodes was tested at 450 ??500 ? and 550 ?,the change of oxygen concentration has great effect on the sensitive performance of sensor which was tested at 600?.And the change of oxygen concentration has little effect on the sensitive performance of sensor which with CuCr2O4 as sensing electrode was tested at 450? and 500 ?,the change of oxygen concentration has great effect on the sensitive performance of sensor which was tested at 550 ? and 600 ?.The sensitive performance of sensor consists of solid electrolyte with ZrO2?YSZ?which was stabled with 8 mol%Y2O3 and sensing electrode with La0.75Sr0.25BO3-??B = Cr,Co,Mn?and the effect of Pd doped with perovskite sensing electrode material on sensitivity of sensor was studied.Result showed that The sensor has the best sensitivity when B is Mn at 500 ?.And the sensor has the best sensitivity when the doping amount of Pd is 0.1 mol.Figure45;Table4;Reference65...
