Tangshan Iron and Steel Group seized the market opportunity and prepared to build the first phase project of high strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.in 2013.The first volume of products was offline in 2015.The products were mainly aimed at high-strength steel for automobile and galvanized sheet for household appliances.In order to meet the diversity of production line products and the needs of customers,the second phase project of high-strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.began to be built in 2015,and the products were positioned as high-strength automobile plate and household appliances Electrical plate and deep drawing plate,positioning customer target,used in automobile main structure,large machinery manufacturing and home appliances steel and other fields.This paper will study and analyze the tension control system of the two galvanizing production lines 5#galvanizing and 6#galvanizing in the second phase project of high strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the process and tension control of hot dip galvanizing production line are introduced,and then the steady-state equation of tension motion mechanical balance of galvanizing line is deduced and checked.Secondly,the tension control method of the hot galvanizing line is introduced and discussed,and the characteristics of the finishing machine are introduced in detail.The relationship between the speed and tension control of the skin pass mill is studied.Finally,through the deduction and verification,the tension control system of No.6 galvanizing production line of phase II project of high strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.is deeply analyzed and studied.A new mathematical model of speed control of the production line is established and applied to the actual production.The performance of the automatic control system after the application of the new mathematical model is systematically analyzed and studied,and the tension control system is optimized according to the obtained data The tension control in the automatic control system is optimized to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.Through the above research,the tension control of 5# galvanizing line and 6# galvanizing line of phase II project of high strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.adopts double closed-loop control.Finally,the actual tension value of the two hot-dip galvanizing production lines fluctuates with the tension value set by the system within a certain range,and the tension value is stable and reliable.Stable and controllable tension can be obtained in each process of production line,which reduces the probability of production accidents.It improves the competitiveness of the enterprise in other competitors in the same industry,and improves the output value and economic benefits of the enterprise.Figure 22;Table 5;Reference 62...
