In recent years,the filling mining method has been widely used in mining,and the pipeline transportation of filling slurry is one of the important parts in the mining filling process,which affects the safe and efficient production of the mine.With the continuous improvement of beneficiation equipment and technology,the proportion of fine particle content in the mine tailings continues to increase,which greatly changes the rheological characteristics of the filling slurry,exacerbates the complexity of the flow form,and affects the safety of slurry transportation.Therefore,for ultrafine iron tailings filling slurry,the rheological behavior of the slurry was taken as the core,and on the basis of the rheological theory,rheological experiments were conducted to study the rheological characteristics of ultra-fine iron tailings filled filler slurry under the influence of different factors,combined with the microstructure characteristics of the slurry,the micro-mechanism of rheological properties of ultra-fine iron tailings-filled slurry was analyzed.The main content and conclusions are as follows:1)Through carrying out the rheological test of the slurry under the influence of various factors,it was proved that the rheological behavior of the ultra-fine iron tailings slurry conformed to the Bingham fluid model.With the increase of the slurry mass concentration,the yield stress and viscosity all showed an index increasing trend;yield stress has a negative correlation with the amount of fly ash added;slurry viscosity decreases with the increase of the amount of fly ash.2)The response surface method was used to analyze the sensitivity of slurry rheological behavior to various influencing factors.The influence weights on the yield stress of the slurry are in order: mass concentration>tailings gradation>added amount of fly ash;the influence weights on the slurry viscosity are: mass concentration>fly ash addition>tailings gradation.Among them,the interaction between mass concentration and tailings gradation is the most significant.3)The microscopic characteristics and mechanism of slurry were studied by environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM).It was shown that tailings grading,slurry mass concentration,and fly ash addition amount will directly affect the floc network structure and grading strcture inside the slurry,and then affect the rheological behavior of the slurry.Increasing the slurry mass concentration,reducing the addition of fly ash,or reducing the size of tailings will accelerate the flocculation of solid particles in the slurry,enhance the skeleton structure of the slurry,and greatly limit the flow of free water,thereby reducing the fluidity of the slurry and increasing its viscosity and yield stress.Figure33;Table31;Reference79...
