Metal-organic coordination polymers(MOFs)are a new class of microporous materials with flexible design.MOF materials have attracted wide attention from researchers due to their highly predictable topology,controllable pores,huge specific surface area,and unique optical,electrical,and magnetic properties.Ce(1,3,5-BTC)(H2O)6(hereinafter abbreviated to Ce-MOF)has excellent crystallinity,alterable porosity,structural agility,so it is easier to obtain ideal wetting properties.However,in There is little research in the field of wetting properties.In this thesis,using pyromellitic acid and cerium nitrate hexahydrate as the main raw materials,Ce-MOF materials and their composites were prepared by a simple synthesis method.Their ultrasonic catalytic degradation properties and wetting properties were studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Using pyromellitic acid and cerium nitrate hexahydrate as the main raw materials,Ce-MOF materials were prepared by different synthetic methods.The morphology and chemical composition of the product were analyzed by technical characterization,then that performance of ultrasonic catalytic degradation of MO performance,hydrophobic performance,oil-water separation and self-cleaning performance was studied.It was found that Ce-MOF synthesized by hydrothermal method at 130℃has excellent ultrasonic catalytic degradation and oil-water separation performance.And different surfactants were added to this product to explore the effect on Ce-MOF materials.It was found that the addition of different surfactants had a certain effect on the chemical structure and SEM of the sample.It was also found that wetting performance of the product added with PEG-1000surfactant was the best,reaching a superhydrophobic state.(2)Explore the influence of sepiolite with different mass ratio and SbVO4with different molar ratio on the product morphology,chemical composition and performance.First,sepiolite was successfully loaded on Ce-MOF.The incorporation of sepiolite improves the wetting properties of Ce-MOF material,and makes the film of the material reach a super-hydrophobic state.And has an excellent rolling angle to improve self-cleaning and mechanical stability.Second,the characterization test proved that SbVO4was successfully loaded on Ce-MOF.In terms of performance,the incorporation of SbVO4greatly improves the ultrasonic degradation performance of Ce-MOF materials.The results of the investigation show that the catalytic degradation effect of the SbVO4/Ce-MOF composite with a molar ratio of 1:0.9 is best at 94.4%when the catalyst dosage is 1 mg/L,the dye solution p H is 5 and the dye solution concentration is 10 mg/L.And the composite material has excellent reusability.(3)Based on polyurethane sponge and melamine sponge,explore the influence of Ce-MOF material and CNF-C,CNF-P,CNC-C cellulose and sponge on their wetting properties.The successful synthesis of the composite sponge was proved by SEM,XRS and other characterization techniques.The experiments found that the combined action of cellulose and Ce-MOF makes the modified composite sponge have excellent hydrophobic properties,achieve super-hydrophobic state,and have excellent lipophilic properties,which can quickly absorb oil from the oil-water mixture.
