Any enterprise pays special attention to key talents.In order to gain an advantage in talent competition,it has introduced the method of equity incentive,which is an effective measure to motivate employees commonly adopted by most enterprises at this stage.Since about 1990,a number of domestic listed companies began to implement equity incentive programs.but due to the macro environment and the internal structure of China's enterprises and foreign enterprises are quite different,so the initial application was not successful with the introduced relevant policies to promote the model in the development of domestic enterprises are promoting equity incentive gradually grow in quantity,scale expands gradually,and continuously explore and perfect in the specific application.In recent years gradually increased along with the application of equity incentive model of enterprise,also appeared a lot of practical problems,there are also many for equity incentive failure case,have the opposite effect,fundamentally.Equity incentive is ultimately for the incentive effect,strengthen the company as a whole to enhance staff's enthusiasm and team cohesion,in order to realize the stability of the talent in the long run,is the enterprise to reduce agency cost,improve the governance environment,the interests of shareholders are not infringed.Based on the actual operation and development of Q Company.The author based on the past equity incentive strategy to study.In addition,it draws lessons from domestic and foreign materials as theoretical support,so as to prove the research method and significance of this topic.Further interprets the relevant theoretical content of equity incentive.macroeconomic and home textile industry environment analysis,Based on non-financial and financial levels,the author analyzes the equity incentive plan implemented by Q Company,is used to point out the problems and causes.Then it analyzed the necessity and feasibility of designing the equity incentive optimization plan,and clarified the purpose and steps of the optimization plan;in the specific optimization design chapter,The equity incentive plan is divided into seven different elements for design,and the specific content is as follows: the reward object,the specific scale,the assessment index,time limit,etc.Aiming at the most important design of company-level assessment indicators,an expert questionnaire survey method was used to collect data and apply analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator to obtain optimized unlocked indicators.Finally,corresponding guarantee measures are proposed for the optimization plan to ensure its feasibility.
