Since the reform and opening up,the national economy has made considerable progress by benefiting from changes in the economic system.As the country’s investment in infrastructure construction continues to increase and the national economy continues to grow,the development of the building materials industry has been promoted.China’s cement industry’s production capacity and output have ranked first in the world,and it has received wide attention.Heilongjiang XCT Cement Group is one of the large-scale production and sales enterprises of cement clinker,ordinary Portland cement and Shangyu in our province.In the course of its development,like most private enterprises,it is suffering from financing.The problems of single financing means,short financing period and unscientific financing planning are more prominent.In addition,the short-term long-term investment on the project makes the enterprise’s capital risk more and more serious.In order to ensure the healthy and stable development of the company,it is necessary to adjust the financing methods used by the company and design the financing plan for specific projects.The Jiwen project is a cement clinker production base invested by Heilongjiang XCT Cement Group.If it can be successfully built as planned,it will solve the problem that cement clinker is subject to people.How to make full use of various financing means under existing conditions to ensure the smooth completion of the Jiwen project is of great significance.This paper firstly expounds the research results related to financing at home and abroad.Secondly,it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the Jiwen project,including the reasons for the project,the funding gap,and the return calculation of the Jiwen project.Again,the ideas and principles of financing design Various dimensions such as financing options,financing scheme design,etc.are elaborated and studied.From the perspectives of broadening financing channels,reducing the cost of financing,avoiding financing risks,enriching financing means,and extending the financing cycle,the financing plan was designed.Finally,the problems of the original financing plan of the Jiwen project and the solutions to the problems were analyzed,and a sound guarantee was formulated.Measures to ensure thesmooth implementation of the financing plan.
