| Garbage treatment and garbage compression play a very important role in national life.The efficient and economical garbage compression equipment is the main trend.It is necessary to apply the hydraulic synchronous circuit to the compression equipment,and the synchronization accuracy of the double hydraulic cylinder synchronization directly affects the performance of the compression equipment.As for the hydraulic circuit,the scheme with high synchronous accuracy is often complex in structure and expensive in cost,or high in time cost,simple in structure and easy to debug and install,and often with low synchronous accuracy.From the point of view of cost control and convenient use,it is very economic and has practical engineering significance to realize high-precision synchronization of two cylinders with a simple structure and low-cost dividing-combining valve.In this paper,from the point of view of studying the fixed orifice and variable orifice of the dividing-combining valve,the optimization scheme for the orifice form of the fixed dividing-combining valve is put forward,and the modeling and simulation of the dividing-combining valve are carried out based on AMESim software.In order to improve the accuracy of the diffluence synchronization,the simulation analysis of the dividing-combining valve before and after the change of the orifice is carried out,and the co MParison between them is made.The speed synchronization accuracy and the dynamic response speed of the valve core under the load pressure difference provide a reference for the optimization of the orifice of the dividing-combining valve.The simulation results show that the synchronous accuracy of the dividingcombining valve with fixed orifice changed from slender orifice to thin orifice is improved to some extent,but the performance advantage is not obvious.The synchronization accuracy of the dividing-combining valve with the variable orifice changed from circular orifice to linear orifice has been improved obviously.Therefore,the original factory dividing-combining valve and the dividingcombining valve with the variable orifice changed from circular orifice to linear orifice are further tested and verified.The test results show that the displacement difference of the hydraulic cylinder in the synchronous circuit of the dividingcombining valve with the linear orifice is smaller and the synchronous accuracy is higher.In this paper,the performance analysis and optimization suggestions are made for the widely used fixed dividing-combining valve,which provides a reference for the further performance improvement of the more commonly used cartridge dividing-combining valve and tube dividing-combining valve,as well as for the further research of synchronous control technology. |
